To me, those knives are more than just kitchen tools. They represent my roots and the values I was raised with: precision, consistency, and a deep pride in one’s work. It’s the philosophy of showing up every day and doing the job right.

This Weeks Menu
- STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST – Tender chicken breast stuffed with a savoury blend of spinach, garlic, cream cheese, and cheddar, then topped with fresh tomatoes and melted mozzarella. Served with basmati rice and steamed broccoli.
- OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST – Succulent turkey breast, slow roasted and finished with a home made pan gravy. Served alongside creamy twice baked potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts.
- SMOKEY PULLED PORK BURRITO BOWL – Slow smoked pulled pork in a tangy BBQ sauce, served over a bed of rice topped with corn, black beans, shredded cheese, lettuce, avocado and fresh corn tortillas on the side.
- SANDWICH AND SALAD COMBO – CHICKEN AVOCADO WITH A MIXED GREEN SALAD – Pan seared chicken breast, layered with aged cheddar cheese, tomatoes, crisp bacon, lettuce and guacamole between two slices of fresh bread. Served alongside a mixed green salad topped with candied pecans, dried cranberries, goat cheese with a balsamic vinaigrette.
